Originally Manufactured to preserve amplifiers built before 1984. Supplying lower wall voltage to vintage transformers will allow the amplifier to run at their intended voltage. When used with modern amplifiers, Dark Age will remove harsh top end allowing high gain amplifiers to have a smoother tone.
