Kevin Micka, the singular entity that is Animal Hospital. The immersive, loop-based, post-rock, sound collage that often times is exactly, exactly what you need to hear. Kevin mostly performs solo, although on occasion conducts a massive, multi-piece ensemble version of his music that can include up to 30 people.
At our 7th Birthday Kevin spoke briefly about the evolution of the mysterious box that contains his chosen pedals with Micka specific mods. Then, as we watched in wonder he constructed one of his layered, interlocking compositions.
